My name is Sophie Constable and I founded the Daisy Hill Cake Company. For some time my vision has been to create bespoke wedding cakes that are as unique as your wedding celebration itself.
To achieve this goal I graduated from Cordon Bleu in Paris as a patisserie chef and then trained in America for a world-recognised qualification in decorative cake art.
